Exploring how people learn to think, work and act better in a complex, fast-changing world.
A collection of practical experiments in business education, organisational learning and systems practice.
Why this notebook exists
The more interconnected our world becomes, the more important one question becomes:
How do people develop the ability to think, work and act better in complex environments?
Many of today's challenges require systemic awareness: the ability to recognise relationships, interdependencies and patterns, and intelligent action: the ability to use that understanding to act meaningfully with others.
Together, these capabilities form what I refer to as Systems Intelligence.
This notebook explores a practical question:
What kinds of learning experiences help people develop it?
It is intended as a living collection of experiments that eveolve through practice, conversation, and collaboration.
